Arogos Product Distinction



The types of olives used in our oil are the Maniataki, the Koroneiki and the Athinolia which have a fruity taste and contain large amounts of phenolic and aromatic compounds which produce a very intensive rich and herbal taste. We prefer to use Marasca bottles because the Marasca bottle is traditionally the best bottle for storing and handling olive oil.
Our Fleur de Sel is harvested and packaged by hand. The salt is placed into plastic bags in order to protect from moisture and then placed in a a specially designed cylinder where it is sealed. Each cylinder comes with a small booklet that explains the best ways to use the salt.
